We go beyond the traditional and legally prescribed occupational health and safety measures and supplement these with a broad-based preventive health promotion concept tailored to the individual needs of our dairy. Well-Working covers the areas of health, activity, development and community. All four areas, in which numerous measures are implemented, are on an equal footing and are constantly evolving.
The Zott Activity Center offers a range of exciting activities relating to health, exercise and further training. The offer is available to employees all year round and includes various language courses, IT training on current topics and numerous exercise courses such as spinal gymnastics, circuit training and yoga. In addition, recognized naturopaths, whom our dairy has been able to gain as cooperation partners, offer advisory services in specially created rooms.

15 years of support
Since 2010, we have been supporting the “Children run for children” initiative in the areas of nutrition, exercise and social issues. We are convinced by the concept of doing good for ourselves and others at the same time - combined with lots of fun and sport in the fresh air. This applies not only to the runners, young and old, who we would like to motivate to take part in our fundraising campaign, but also to our employees, who can take part in such activities as part of our corporate volunteering program. For example, at the children's and youth festival in Munich.
Giving Christmas joy by the bagful
For Zott employees and their families, it has been a matter of honor for years to participate in the Johanniter Christmas Truckers. All departments in Mertingen and Günzburg, as well as employees at home, collect, shop and pack for the campaign in the run-up to Christmas. The parcels are for people in need in south-eastern Europe. They consist of basic foodstuffs, sweets and hygiene articles for children living in poverty, families, old people and people with disabilities. Once again, over 500 parcels were collected in 2024.
